Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist with 12+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and deploying advanced machine learning and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, deep learning, and big data technologies. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, data engineers, and software development teams to deliver scalable, production-ready data science solutions.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence
• Strong programming skills in Python and R
• Expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Statistical Modeling
• Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, and LightGBM
• Experience working with SQL, NoSQL, and large-scale data processing
• Strong knowledge of Apache Spark, Databricks, and distributed computing
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)
• Experience deploying ML models using Docker, Kubernetes, and MLflow
• Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring
• Strong understanding of feature engineering, model evaluation, and hyperparameter tuning
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master''s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
• Experience with vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agents
• Experience in Banking, Healthcare, Retail, Insurance, or Financial Services domains
• Familiarity with responsible AI, model governance, and data privacy regulations

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced machine learning and AI solutions for business problems
• Build predictive models, recommendation systems, and forecasting solutions
• Develop and optimize NLP and Generative AI applications
• Build scalable data pipelines in collaboration with Data Engineering teams
• Deploy and monitor machine learning models in production environments
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and feature engineering
• Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions
• Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical leadership
• Maintain best practices for MLOps, version control, documentation, and code quality
