Job Title: Lead SAP PPDS Solution Consultant

Location: Troy, MI (100% onsite)

Experience level: Mid-senior

Job Description:

Work on onshore/ Offshore model

Good Communication Skills both written and verbal.

Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy

Understand customer, translate business needs to definition and design also cascade effectively to offshore team to get the work done effectively and timely

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, information systems or related field, or equivalent work experience is required
10 15 Yrs Manufacturing/Automotive domain experience preferred.
Experience implementing Production Planning solutions (SAP ePP/DS) in an Automotive, manufacturing or any discrete industry is required.
In depth experience in SAP Production Planning and Detail Scheduling capabilities - interactive production planning, Detailed scheduling, Pegging, Production Planning table, Planning board, constraint-based planning, Model Mix Planning, Multilevel Scheduling and sequencing is required.
Experience with E2E Supply Chain processes (e.g., Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Inventory Management) is desired
Experience in Cross-Location Planning, Automated Responses to changes in planning situation Multi-Level Constraint based Production Plan, Sub-daily Buckets, Telescopic Time Buckets, Time Dependent Safety Stock is required
Experience in Automotive manufacturing or Repetitive manufacturing industry is preferred.
Excellent communication skills to present complex ideas and concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Exceptional social skills; demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of team members at all levels of the organization.
