Summary

We are seeking an Advanced IT/OT Operations & Infrastructure Professional to support IT systems and operational technology used in laboratory and manufacturing environments. The role will act as the first point of contact for IT equipment and system issues, working with global teams and vendors to ensure reliable system operations and compliance in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain IT/OT infrastructure supporting lab and manufacturing equipment.
  • Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, hardware, and software systems.
  • Troubleshoot IT systems, automation devices, and networked manufacturing equipment.
  • Provide technical support for lab systems and GMP manufacturing environments.
  • Implement monitoring, backup, and system performance management.
  • Automate routine operational tasks using scripting tools.
  • Work closely with global teams and vendors to resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain system documentation and IT operational procedures.
  • Support compliance, security, and audit requirements.

Compliance & Regulatory Support

  • Ensure systems meet **Good Manufacturing Practice standards.
  • Support compliance with 21 CFR Part 11.
  • Assist during system audits and maintain compliance documentation.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or IT/OT operations.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing or laboratory environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for servers, systems, and network infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of industrial automation systems or PLCs is a plus.
  • Experience working in regulated environments such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Education

  • Bachelor s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with GMP-regulated environments.
  • Exposure to industrial automation or manufacturing systems.
  • Knowledge of IT security, compliance, and system documentation
