Job Details
Join our team as an Associate Director of Social Media, where you'll drive innovative strategies and collaborate closely with marketing teams to enhance brand presence for a flagship client.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to boost brand engagement.
- Collaborate with executive and marketing teams to influence decision-making and lead high-profile initiatives.
- Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Utilize tools like Meta Business Manager and Sprout Social for effective campaign management.
- Provide on-site support at the client's headquarters several days a week to ensure seamless integration with client teams.
- Analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement and measurable results.
Skills
- Extensive experience in social media management and strategy development.
- Strong understanding of social media best practices and current trends.
- Proven ability to create and manage social brand strategies for large enterprise brands.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills
- Agency experience is highly valued.
- Familiarity with data analytics and performance measurement tools.
