This pivotal role is designed to elevate the proposal development lifecycle into a high-converting competitive advantage for the organization.

Working as a key liaison across executive teams, the selected professional will steer the full proposal trajectory, lead pre-sales discovery, and shape high-value solution narratives. What You’ll Do

  • Architect and execute end-to-end proposal strategies that turn formal requests into high-impact growth opportunities.

  • Lead high-level discovery sessions and pre-sales demonstrations to capture critical client requirements early in the sales cycle.

  • Guide C-suite stakeholders away from one-off customized requests and toward scalable, best-practice adoption.

  • Synthesize market requirements by collaborating continuously with sales, product development, and delivery teams.

  • Define overall solution alignment and project scope through the initial alignment phase without directly overseeing back-end technical configuration.

What You Bring

  • Bachelors Degree required; Masters Degree preferred.

  • 3 to 10 years of overall career experience, with 3 to 5 years focused specifically on Pre-Sales, Enterprise Discovery, or Complex Solution Software Consulting.

  • Background within the Software industry.

  • Proven ability to manage complex cycles in RFP Strategy, Capture Management, and Enterprise Procurement Dynamics.

  • Sharp commercial instincts in Sales Enablement paired with structured Program Management methodologies.

  • Demonstrated mastery in executive communication, C-level presentation, and guiding cross-functional teams toward Best Practice Adoption.

Compensation & Total Rewards

Additionally, we believe that having refined and solid communication skills is also paramount in enabling all employees to work together towards the common goals and successes of the company. This collaboration is very much based on our employees' ability to listen to others and respond effectively, both internally with each other, and externally to our clients.
