• Business / Systems Analyst experience
• ServiceNow configuration experience or ServiceNow development experience - Deep experience developing complex business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and workflow logic to enhance platform functionality. Proven track record working in Agile environments, participating in requirements workshops, sprint cycles, and iterative delivery. Experience delivering custom HR Case functionality, including case transfers, automation, and cross?module integrations. Demonstrated ability to manage day?to?day platform enhancements, upgrades, maintenance, and production support.
• Experience in a fast paced, Agile environment
