Summary
CherryRoad looking for Oracle CCS consultant. The Oracle CCS (Customer Cloud Service) Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service solutions. This role partners with business and technical teams to deliver high‑quality customer care, billing, and utility operations capabilities using Oracle Utilities technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Oracle CCS solutions, including core modules, integrations, and extensions.
- Gather and analyze business requirements to propose effective Oracle CCS or related Oracle Utilities solutions
- Develop and deploy technical components, including PL/SQL scripts, integrations, and system customizations.
- Perform system configuration, optimization, and maintenance to ensure efficient operation of CCS environments.
- Support testing cycles, including functional, system, load, and performance testing for CCS implementations.
- Lead or support data conversion activities, mapping and transforming data for CCS deployments.
- Document technical specifications and configuration changes, ensuring clarity and traceability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing training and post‑implementation support as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience with Oracle CCS, CC&B, C2M, or MDM products.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
- Hands‑on experience with PL/SQL, SQL, and middleware integrations.
- Experience leading or participating in end‑to‑end utility CIS implementations.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and CCS/CCB data models.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities for complex utility processes.
- Excellent communication skills for working with global teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of utility billing processes, technical documentation, and integration
