Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Test & Release Manager with a strong background in the healthcare domain. This role requires expertise in managing end-to-end testing, release planning, and go-live execution within ServiceNow environments.

Candidates must be available for onsite support during go-live phases, while the rest of the engagement can be remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute test strategies and test plans for ServiceNow implementations
• Manage release planning, scheduling, and deployment activities
• Lead go-live readiness, execution, and hypercare support
• Oversee defect tracking, reporting, and resolution workflows
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (QA, Dev, Ops, Business)
• Implement and manage ATF (Automated Test Framework) in ServiceNow
• Develop release runbooks and go/no-go checklists

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Test Manager / Release Manager
• Healthcare domain experience (mandatory)
• Strong experience in test strategy, test planning, and execution
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF
• Experience managing go-live events (mandatory onsite presence)
• Strong understanding of release management lifecycle
• Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, or related)
• Experience with Agile / DevOps environments
• Familiarity with ITIL processes
