Digital Product Owner

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Pittsburgh, PA that is seeking a Digital Product Owner on a contract basis to help drive AI, analytics, reporting, and data initiatives across the organization. This individual will partner with business and technical teams to identify opportunities, define requirements, oversee solution delivery, and ensure measurable business value is achieved.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
* Background as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Program Lead, or similar role supporting digital, data, analytics, or AI initiatives
* Experience supporting business cases and operational improvement initiatives
* Experience partnering with technical teams to deliver solutions from concept through implementation
* Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills
* Understanding of data-driven decision making and performance improvement through analytics
* Ability to translate business needs into requirements, workflows, test scenarios, and delivery priorities

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
