Job Description
The Technical Project Manager within the GCO Front Door is responsible for leading end to end presales program execution, governance, and cross functional coordination for deals entering GCO. This role ensures that opportunities flowing through the Front Door are executed with discipline, visibility, and alignment across Sales, Operations, & Delivery.

The Technical Project Manager drives structured multi workstream engagement, manages presales risks and dependencies, and ensures that customer commitments are achievable, governed, and operationally executable prior to deal signature. The role serves as a critical connection point between strategy and execution, protecting delivery outcomes while enabling Sales velocity.

The Main Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Deal Orchestration
•    Own the overall presales program lifecycle for assigned Front Door opportunities, from intake through approval and readiness to execute.
•    Lead structured deal reviews, working sessions, and leadership checkpoints to align scope, timelines, resourcing, and delivery approach.
•    Coordinate across multiple workstreams (delivery, engineering, finance, contract, product, field operations) to ensure cohesive execution

Governance, Risk & Issue Management
•    Drive Front Door governance standards to ensure disciplined intake, review, escalation, and decision making.
•    Identify execution risks, delivery constraints, resourcing gaps, or dependency conflicts early and proactively manage mitigation plans.
•    Escalate issues appropriately with clear options, impacts, and recommendations for leadership decision making.
•    Ensure alignment with Project Controls for customer commitments, delivery capabilities, and operational capacity.

Cross Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management
•    Partner closely with Sales to support deal progression while maintaining delivery integrity and realistic commitments.
•    Collaborate with Operations to align financial assumptions, contract terms, and delivery models.
•    Serve as a trusted operational advisor to internal partners, providing clarity, structure, and execution confidence.
•    Facilitate communication across the Presale Team to ensure transparency and shared understanding of program status and risks.

Improvement & Scaling the Front Door
•    Contribute to the continuous evolution of the Front Door operating model as deal volume and complexity scale.
•    Standardize presales program management artifacts, workflows, and governance practices.
•    Identify opportunities to reduce friction, eliminate duplicate handoffs, and improve cycle time without compromising quality.
•    Support reporting, dashboards, and leadership visibility into pipeline, capacity, and execution readiness

Required Qualifications:
•    Typically with 6+ years of experience. Bachelor's Degree. 4+ with a Master's Degree
•    Experience leading complex, cross functional programs in operational or presales environments
•    Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent initiatives with competing priorities and high stakeholder visibility
•    Background working closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Delivery teams
•    Familiarity with governance frameworks, intake models, or enterprise operating models is a plus
•    Strong program and project management discipline, with the ability to drive structure in ambiguous environments
•    Excellent risk, issue, and dependency management skills, with a bias toward proactive mitigation
•    Ability to translate complex information into clear, executive ready insights
