CyberArk Associate Manager

Overview

We are seeking a CyberArk Associate Manager to guide and strengthen our Privileged Access Management (PAM) capabilities for a major global consumergoods organization undergoing operational changes. This position is designed for someone with strong technical depth rather than a traditional peoplemanagement profile. The ideal candidate brings handson CyberArk expertise and the ability to support and maintain Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) functions.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daytoday operations and enhancements within the CyberArk Privileged Access Management platform.
  • Serve as the technical authority for CyberArk components, including implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization.
  • Maintain oversight of PKI processes, ensuring alignment with enterprise security standards.
  • Partner with security, infrastructure, and application teams to support privileged access initiatives during a period of organizational transition.
  • Evaluate current PAM maturity and recommend improvements to strengthen security posture.
  • Support audit and compliance activities tied to credential management and identity security.
  • Provide subject matter expertise without carrying direct peoplemanagement responsibilities.



Qualifications

  • Extensive handson experience with CyberArk (e.g., PSM, PVWA, Vault, CPM).
  • Strong understanding of PAM concepts, credential lifecycle management, and secure access controls.
  • Working knowledge of PKI administration and certificate management.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting large, enterprisescale environments preferably during periods of organizational or structural change.
  • Strong problemsolving, documentation, and operational discipline.
