Harrison Street is seeking a Business Applications Support Analyst (Contract) to provide essential "keep-the-lights-on" support for several core business applications during an internal team member's leave. This role will manage application tickets, user access, provisioning, vendor coordination, and day-to-day operational support across multiple platforms. The analyst will engage with business users to assess issues, determine root causes, and route items appropriately to vendors or technical teams. This is a tactical, hands-on support role-not development-and requires strong system administration experience within business-facing applications.

3-7 years of experience supporting business applications in a SaaS-heavy environment Prior exposure to financial services, asset management, or wealth management is highly preferred Experience coordinating with third-party vendors for configuration, troubleshooting, and feature requests Understanding of SSO, role-based access, and application security concepts Ability to gather information from end users, interpret issues, and clearly communicate resolutions Experience participating in UAT, regression testing, and change management processes Detail-oriented with strong organization and follow-through skills Not seeking: developers, custom app programmers, or network infrastructure engineers

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $80.00/hr.
