Summary
Architect and lead end-to-end solution design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, with a strong focus on Customer Service capabilities.
Convert complex business and functional requirements into robust, scalable, and secure technical solutions.
Define and govern integration architecture with external systems including telephony platforms, Azure services, data warehouses, and third-party applications.
Oversee data migration strategies, environment management, application lifecycle management (ALM), and release governance across environments.
Establish and enforce solution governance, development best practices, coding standards, and DevOps/CI-CD pipelines.
Provide architectural oversight for customizations, plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and API integrations.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and business analysts to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Ensure solutions comply with Enterprise Architecture, security, and compliance standards.
Lead design reviews, technical decision-making, and solution validation activities.
Mentor and guide development teams, promoting knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE / CRM, especially Customer Service module.
Solid understanding of Azure integrations, REST APIs, Power Platform, and third-party system connectivity.
Experience with DevOps practices, ALM, and release management for Dynamics 365.
Excellent stakeholder communication, leadership, and documentation skills.
