Job Title: Oracle Procurement Cloud Functional Consultant

Location: Remote (Occasional Travel Required)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Procurement Cloud Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Procurement Contracts, Supplier Management, and Strategic Sourcing. The ideal candidate will have a solid Oracle EBS Procurement background and hands-on experience delivering Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Procurement Cloud modules, including Procurement Contracts, Purchasing, Supplier Qualification & Management, and Sourcing.
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
Prepare functional design documents and specifications for customizations and enhancements.
Configure Oracle Procurement Cloud to meet business requirements and best practices.
Support CRP, SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
Develop test scenarios, execute testing, and document results.
Work closely with technical teams on integrations, reports, and extensions.
Provide functional guidance, user training, and post-go-live support.

Required Skills & Experience

12+ years of Oracle ERP experience with a strong Oracle EBS Procurement background.
3+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud experience.
Successfully delivered 2–3 full lifecycle Oracle Procurement Cloud implementations.
6–8 years of functional experience in Oracle Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Procurement Contracts.
Strong experience writing functional specifications for customizations and integrations.
Experience with testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience integrating Oracle Procurement Cloud with Financials, SCM, and Inventory modules.
Oracle Cloud Procurement certification is a plus.
Consulting experience with global implementations is preferred.
