RideNow Powersports Kansas, is seeking a passionate and skilled Service Technician C Level to join our dynamic team. As a Flat-Rate Service Technician at RideNow Powersports, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing powersports vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the highest levels of safety and performance. Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, and Slingshots
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic equipment and/or service manuals
  • Provide accurate and detailed cost estimates for repairs and communicate them to customers
  • Install accessories and upgrades for customers, ensuring proper fit and functionality
  • Test ride vehicles to verify repairs and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Keep accurate records of all repairs, services, and transactions
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a Flat-Rate Service Technician is preferred
  • Proficient knowledge of powersports vehicles and their mechanisms
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Motorcycle endorsement preferred and required for some technician roles.
