  • Monitor emerging trends in AI, software engineering, and ADLC practices, and coach software engineers on effectively applying relevant technologies and practices to improve development and delivery.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of software-engineering experience, including 5+ years leading engineers delivering enterprise applications or services.
  • Previous experience as a Principal Software Engineer preferred.
  • Demonstrated people-leadership capability, including performance management, work allocation, professional development, and succession planning.
  • Strong working knowledge of enterprise architecture, secure and cloud-native development, APIs and enterprise integrations, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and production support; experience with AWS, C#/.NET, Salesforce, and RFID solutions, including real-time RFID data processing, is required.
