Job Title: Netskope SME (Subject Matter Expert)

Contract Duration: 6+ months, through end of year with potential to convert to FTE

Location: Westminster, CO 80021 (hybrid, 3 days onsite)

Overview

This role partners closely with the operations team to provide hands-on Netskope expertise following a recent go-live. The Netskope SME will act as a co-pilot, supporting configuration, troubleshooting, platform health, and day-to-day knowledge transfer. The focus is on stabilizing, optimizing, and tuning the Netskope environment while advising on long-term strategy and overall platform fit.

Responsibilities

Lead detailed design and implementation of Netskope across multiple sites
Tune and optimize Netskope policies to balance security and performance
Troubleshoot access and connectivity issues, including determining when traffic is being blocked by Netskope
Create, modify, and adjust policies in real time to support changing business needs
Provide strategic guidance on Netskope s role in the organization s long-term security posture
Collaborate with internal teams and other subject matter experts to ensure smooth integration and adoption

Qualifications

Proven experience implementing and managing Netskope in enterprise environments
Strong understanding of cloud security concepts, including CASB and Secure Web Gateway functionality
Hands-on experience writing and modifying Netskope policies
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills in complex environments
Clear communicator with solid documentation skills
