Summary

Our client is seeking a highly skilled MAC Executive Support Specialist to strengthen their end-user support team. This role is ideal for a hands-on macOS professional who enjoys solving complex technical issues and delivering a great experience for internal users. You will play a key role in supporting a growing Mac environment, working directly with employees and executives to diagnose, troubleshoot, and permanently resolve issues across macOS, Microsoft 365 applications, and related systems.

  • Job Type: 3 month contract, possible extension
  • Location: Onsite 5 days a week in Monrovia
  • Compensation: This role is expected to pay about 55-65/hr W2
  • No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role


What You ll Do:


  • Provide advanced macOS desktop support in an enterprise environment, resolving complex end-user issues quickly and effectively
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications on macOS, including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive, with a focus on resolving recurring issues such as shared calendar visibility and configuration inconsistencies
  • Diagnose and resolve macOS printing issues, including jobs stuck in queues and device or print server communication problems
  • Investigate and resolve authentication, application integration, and OS-level behavior issues unique to macOS environments
  • Partner with internal teams and external Mac support vendors to resolve problems permanently while improving the overall Mac support maturity of the organization

  • Strong communication, professionalism, and a proactive mindset when working directly with users and technical support partners
