QA Lead with Java, Selenium- Full Time role- 13+years

Title:  QA Lead

Location:  Charlotte, NC (Hybrid- Looking Local Candidate)

Duration: Full Time

Expertise: Java, Selenium

Must Have

• 13+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA / SDET.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Understanding of UI automation testing concepts.
• Experience with functional and regression testing.
• Basic knowledge of API testing / REST APIs.
• Experience with Postman is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database validation.
• Understanding of Git/GitHub.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar defect-management tools.
• Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Selenium.
• Knowledge of Java or another programming language.
• Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of Page Object Model (POM).
• Understanding of test data management and test reporting.
• Experience with cross-browser testing.
• Basic knowledge of Docker is a plus.
