Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Architect with our client in the financial industry located in Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract position.
Responsibilities: - Develop, enhance, debug, support, maintain and test software applications that support business units or supporting functions
- Participate in the design, development and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies
- Provide technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives
- Serve as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource
- Lead projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations
- Collaborate with external programmer to coordinate delivery of software application
- Routine accountability for technical knowledge and capabilities
- Work under minimal supervision, with general guidance from more seasoned consultants
Requirements: - 12+ years' of experience
- Kafka, Cloud, API Gateway
- Strong programming/development skills in Java, Oracle, PL/SQL, J2EE
- Experience working with source control
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems quickly and communicate proposed solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience designing and executing test plans and performing gap analysis to ensure that business requirements and functional specifications are tested and fulfilled
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Mongo, .Net
Pay range $63.68 - $71.68
