AEM & Workfront Marketing Systems Designer
Role Summary
The AEM & Workfront Marketing Systems Designer is responsible for configuring, designing, and optimizing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Workfront to support marketing execution and Salesforce-driven initiatives. This role partners closely with Marketing and Salesforce teams to streamline content management, campaign workflows, and system integrations that improve speed, quality, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and administer Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Workfront to support marketing content and campaign workflows.
- Design and optimize end-to-end marketing workflows including intake, review, approval, publishing, and reporting.
- Manage and enhance AEM content models, templates, components, and digital asset management structures.
- Integrate AEM and Workfront with Salesforce to align content, campaigns, and sales enablement.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Salesforce, and IT teams to translate business needs into system solutions.
- Establish governance, best practices, documentation, and user training for AEM and Workfront.
- Continuously improve platform performance, usability, and adoption.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing technology, digital experience platforms, or marketing operations.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Workfront (configuration and design).
- Experience integrating marketing platforms with Salesforce (CRM, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud preferred).
- Strong understanding of marketing workflows, content lifecycle management, and campaign execution.
- Ability to balance technical implementation with process and user experience design.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Preferred
- Adobe AEM and/or Workfront certifications.
- Experience in enterprise marketing or complex, multi-team environments.
