An Infrastructure, Asset, and Equipment Project Manager is a specialized professional responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring large-scale physical or technical systems, including construction projects, utility networks, and equipment deployment. This role bridges technical engineering, financial strategy, and project management, focusing on the entire lifecycle of an asset from initial procurement and construction to operation, maintenance, and eventual decommissioning or renewal

Core Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Scope Definition:Developing detailed project plans, defining scopes, and establishing schedules for infrastructure development.
• Asset Lifecycle Management:Managing assets from procurement through installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal to maximize value and minimize cost.
• Budgeting & Financial Management:Planning and controlling budgets, which often run into millions or billions, including cost forecasting and addressing deviations.
• Risk Management & Mitigation:Identifying potential technical, financial, and regulatory risks, such as unexpected site conditions or supply chain bottlenecks, and developing mitigation strategies.
• Coordination & Stakeholder Management:Acting as the central point of communication between engineers, contractors, government agencies, and clients.
• Compliance & Safety:Ensuring all projects comply with environmental regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Equipment & Resource Allocation:Managing the deployment of machinery, materials, and specialized technical staff across multiple sites

Required Skills
