Job Description:-

Seeking a highly skilled Application Developer to support application development, maintenance, and production support activities for enterprise integration platforms and data ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Managed File Transfer (MFT), API technologies, ETL tools, databases, and production support processes. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to design, develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize mission-critical applications and integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Application Development
• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using ETL, middleware, and API technologies. 
• Build and support interfaces utilizing SOAP and REST APIs. 
• Develop data integration workflows and transformations using Informatica and IBM DataStage. 
• Create scripts and automation solutions using SQL, Python, and Shell scripting. 
• Develop and maintain file transfer processes using Cleo Harmony MFT and associated toolsets. 
• Support cloud-based data integration initiatives using IICS and IDMC. 
• Application Maintenance & Enhancements
• Perform application enhancements and defect resolution activities. 
• Monitor and optimize data flows, ETL jobs, and integration processes. 
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures using Confluence. 
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to implement system improvements and changes. 
• Production Support
• Provide Level 2/Level 3 production support for middleware, ETL, and database applications. 
• Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis for production issues. 
• Monitor jobs and system health using Splunk, Tivoli, and Control-M. 
• Support release deployments and CI/CD processes using Jenkins. 
• Work with ServiceNow for incident, problem, and change management activities. 
• Ensure timely resolution of production issues and adherence to SLA commitments.
