We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic UX Architect to lead the structural design and research strategy for the Xvantage platform. This role is centered on defining the end-to-end architecture of our agentic AI experiences, customer support ecosystems, and internal associate tooling.
As a UX Architect, you will move beyond tactical design to uncover the foundational user needs and systemic behaviors that drive product direction. You will be the primary architect of the "Human-AI" relationship, ensuring that our AI agents are not only functional but also secure, scalable, and aligned with complex B2B user workflows.

responsibilities:
- Lead mixed-methods research (qualitative and quantitative) to define the information architecture and interaction models for agentic AI workflows.
- Support and lead the design of "Agent Behaviors"-defining how AI agents anticipate user needs, provide rationale for their actions, and escalate to human support.
- Partner with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Engineers to translate research insights into structural requirements and technical specifications.
- Integrate qualitative user insights with quantitative log analysis and business telemetry to architect data-driven recommendations and insights.
- Advocate for a standardized research culture, ensuring user-centered thinking is baked into the "Agent Architecture" across the organization.
qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Information Science, Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
6+ years of experience in UX Research or UX Architecture, specifically within complex enterprise or SaaS environments.
Proven experience architecting or researching agentic AI domains. This includes concept testing for autonomous agents, designing for "Graceful Failure," and analyzing the competitive AI landscape.
Deep experience in both qualitative (interviews, journey mapping) and quantitative (A/B testing, surveys) research methods.
Ability to navigate highly complex, matrixed environments with a high degree of independence.
Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate architectural insights to diverse stakeholders to build consensus and product confidence.
Experience with Information Architecture (IA) for multi-tenant B2B SaaS products.
Hands-on experience with Data Visualization or collaborating with Machine Learning (ML) teams on model transparency.
Familiarity with Service Design principles in large, cross-functional organizations.
