Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce QE Tester to support testing and validation of Salesforce-based applications, including workflows, integrations, and backend processing. The role requires strong QA experience, hands-on Salesforce testing expertise, and mandatory healthcare domain knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute testing for Salesforce workflows, objects, and business processes
Perform end-to-end validation across Salesforce UI, APIs, and backend systems
Validate modules such as Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Cases, and Opportunities
Analyze logs and system behavior to identify and troubleshoot defects
Collaborate with QA, development, and business teams to resolve issues
Perform regression testing, UAT, and production validation
Test integrations between Salesforce and external systems (APIs, middleware, databases)
Verify data accuracy across Salesforce UI, database, and downstream systems
Validate business rules, validation rules, workflows, and process automation
Perform testing of reports, dashboards, and data visibility rules
Monitor data flow and validate system behavior across integrated systems
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of QA testing experience in Salesforce applications
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform (Sales/Service Cloud concepts)
Experience with API testing (REST services, Postman)
Strong SQL skills for data validation
Experience with Python (automation or scripting)
Experience with defect tracking tools (Jira)
Experience with UI automation tools (Playwright, Selenium, or similar)
Experience testing Salesforce workflows, objects, and integrations
Healthcare domain knowledge including claims processing, member (eligibility, enrollment, benefits), authorization workflows, and appeals and grievances
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Detail-oriented with a strong quality mindset
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Good to Have:
Salesforce certifications Experience with TOSCA Test Suite Experience with Salesforce automation tools or frameworks Experience in test automation frameworks (UI/API)
