Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager with a strong technical background in .NET, AWS, and AI to lead large-scale technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience managing cross-functional teams, driving cloud transformation programs, and delivering enterprise applications while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology programs from planning through execution.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and QA teams to define project goals and technical solutions.
• Drive application modernization initiatives using .NET technologies and AWS Cloud services.
• Work closely with AI/ML teams to integrate Artificial Intelligence solutions into enterprise applications.
• Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans while providing regular status updates to leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across development, infrastructure, security, and operations.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
• Support cloud migration, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Technical Project Manager.
• Strong technical background in .NET technologies (C#, , .NET Core).
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, ECS/EKS, CloudWatch, and IAM.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and experience working on AI-enabled applications or programs.
• Experience with Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architecture and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
