Chase is seeking a dedicated, and innovative Product Manager to lead a key area of the rapidly growing Aggregation & Connected Banking product. In this role, you will use your experience in customer-focused outcomes and strong delivery track record to enable customers to easily and securely share their financial data to work to manage their finances across the ecosystem and FinTechs, and seamlessly control these permissions through Chase's Security Center. You will also have the opportunity to work with internal and external stakeholders, representing Chase at industry forums.

As a Product Manager in Open Banking, you lead innovation through the development of products and features that delight customers. As a member of the team, you leverage your capabilities to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that helps inspire cross-functional teams create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs.

Job responsibilities
  • Support the daily operations of the Open Banking Developer Portal, including content updates, execution of business and technical requirement analysis, definition and JIRA management
  • Write initiatives, epics, and stories in JIRA, partnering with product, engineering, design, data, architecture, and stakeholder teams
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and architecture teams to implement new features and ensure a best-in-class APIs experience.
  • Maintain and organize technical documentation, API reference guides, and onboarding materials specific to Open Banking APIs.
  • Assist with the integration and release of new Open Banking APIs in the developer portal.
  • Monitor portal analytics and developer feedback to identify areas for improvement and report findings to stakeholders.
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance for portal updates.
  • Respond to developer inquiries related to the Open Banking developer portal, providing basic technical support, or escalating as needed.
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices for Open Banking API management and developer engagement.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical, product, or support role.
  • Familiarity with Open Banking concepts, API standards (such as REST), and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with agile product development techniques and practices
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience with developer portals, technical documentation, or developer communities is a plus.
