Role: Business Analyst with HealthCare
Location: Onsite (San Francisco Bay area , California)
Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to patient adherence, patient support programs, benefits, and onboarding journeys
• Work with stakeholders to define patient workflows, data flows, and business rules
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and wireframes
• Support data analysis related to patient enrolment, adherence metrics, outcomes, and reporting
• Act as a liaison between business, IT, vendors, and patient services teams
• Support UAT planning and execution, including defect triage
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.)
Required Skills & Experience
• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Healthcare / Life Sciences
• Strong experience in patient adherence, benefits verification, onboarding, patient data, or patient engagement platforms
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with CRM platforms (Veeva, Salesforce Health Cloud preferred)
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
