Senior Technical Project Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of NextGen DataFlow and Enterprise Archive within the Archiving Technology organization. This role owns delivery for a mission-critical transformation program, coordinating complex technology execution across engineering, infrastructure, compliance, and business stakeholders.

You will act as the delivery owner, responsible for scope, timelines, resourcing, integration, risk management, and execution governance to ensure successful rollout of next-generation archiving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of NextGen DataFlow and Enterprise Archiving platforms

• Own program planning, execution, and governance across multiple technical and business teams

• Drive scope management, timelines, resourcing, dependencies, and risk mitigation

• Coordinate delivery across engineering, infrastructure, security, compliance, and business stakeholders

• Oversee integration activities across enterprise systems and platforms

• Provide clear, executive-level status reporting, insights, and decision support

• Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and regulatory archiving requirements

Required Skills & Experience

Technical & Delivery Expertise

• 10+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or platform delivery in large enterprise environments

• Proven delivery of large-scale data, integration, or archiving platforms (e.g., cloud data platforms, regulatory archives, distributed systems)

• Strong understanding of infrastructure provisioning, cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices

Leadership & Execution

• Expertise in portfolio and program management with a strong transformation mindset

• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-year, multi-team initiatives under tight timelines and ambiguity

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences

Governance, Risk & Compliance

• Knowledge of data governance, regulatory archiving, security controls, and compliance workflows (financial services preferred)

• Ability to define detailed requirements, user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail

Preferred Experience

• Financial services or regulated-industry background

• Experience delivering enterprise-scale archiving, records management, or compliance platforms

• Background in cloud-based or hybrid infrastructure transformations
