Job Description
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Support end-to-end recruitment efforts including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
Works with hiring manager to document requirements of job openings as required opening requisition(s).
Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions.
Create proactive sourcing pipelines for critical and niche skill areas
Promotes the company image to candidates and external service providers.
Documents candidate evaluation and interview process.
Negotiates and/or supports hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers.
May conduct employment background checks.
Works with agencies, recruiting contractors and/or internet website representatives in the course of conducting employment advertising campaigns.
May develop, support and maintain college recruiting, affirmative action and career development programs.
May also assist with the immigration process and administration as a liaison with immigration attorneys.
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
Identify opportunities to enhance recruiting efficiency, implement process standardization, and drive compliance with hiring policies and legal requirements.
Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.
Other job duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Utilizes analytics to measure success, forecast needs, and guide recruitment strategies.
Strong business acumen and understanding of functional disciplines (Engineering, IT, Finance, Operations, etc.).
Possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the assigned duties, including computer skills.
Maintain sensitive and confidential information as required by company and government requirements.
Communicate and interact effectively with peers, supervisors, and public, including maintaining respect for others, and following company policies.
Have a willingness and ability to learn and utilize company technology for company required purposes, including, for example training, reviewing and signing policies and procedures, benefits enrollment and changes, and more.
Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions.
Ability to maintain knowledge, skills, and abilities as it pertains to your job.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree; or a minimum of 8 years of experience in lieu of degree.
Minimum of 5 years of recruiting/sourcing experience
Proven experience recruiting technical/niche engineering skillsets is preferred
WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Remote Home Office Environment.
Ability to sit for long periods of time.
Ability to perform repetitive motion (keyboarding, mouse, phones).
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Yes, as needed.
