We are a global manufacturer modernizing a mission-critical enterprise platform supporting finance, sales, manufacturing, and supply chain operations.

This role begins as a hands-on technical leader during a major platform modernization and evolves into the long-term technical owner of the system.

You'll partner with consulting teams to rebuild the platform using Node.js, TypeScript, SQL Server, Azure, and React , then lead the internal engineering team responsible for its continued evolution, performance, and reliability.

This is a backend-leaning full-stack role focused on platform architecture, data systems, and enterprise integrations.

What You'll Do

Lead architecture and contribute hands-on to a modern Node.js / TypeScript platform rebuild
Design and build backend services, APIs, and integrations supporting enterprise workflows
Partner with consulting teams while building internal engineering capability
Mentor junior developers and help grow the team
Transition into long-term technical ownership of the platform

Ideal Background

Experience building or modernizing complex enterprise platforms
Strong backend engineering experience (Node.js / TypeScript)
Experience working with SQL Server or other relational data systems
Familiarity with Azure or modern cloud platforms
Comfortable operating as a player-coach technical leader
ERP or finance-heavy systems experience preferred
