Location: Orlando, Florida (4 days/week onsite to start, transition to 2 days/week after 1st month)

Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Designer for a data-intensive environment. This role involves using front-end software design processes to create user flows, wireframes, page mockups, and intuitive interactions for internal business decision-makers. As a creative member of the Application Development team, you will collaborate with Product Managers to build structured, intuitive user experiences and contribute to strategic projects by delivering clean designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Create UX flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactions that translate complex data problems into intuitive user applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and create user-centric design solutions.
- Design interfaces and user experience paths for custom analytical software.
- Develop low and high-fidelity wireframes and convert them into technical execution points.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Partner with Decision Science teams to display data science results in a meaningful way.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to perform user research and understand business requirements.
- Present end-to-end designs to stakeholders across different teams.
Required Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a background in UI/UX design, graphic design, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Expertise with Figma. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. Preferred experience in React, knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts.
General Skills: A solid understanding of user-centered design principles. Experience with user testing, usability studies, and design iteration. Ability to ensure designs are responsive and adaptable to various screen sizes. Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of data science concepts.
- Experience operating within agile, waterfall, or general web software development life cycles.
- Experience evaluating existing systems and processes to develop UI/UX recommendations.
- Experience designing interfaces for data science and data analytic-driven solutions.
- Experience with entertainment, digital/linear media, or related industries.
