Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM – EDMCS Lead to lead the design, implementation, and governance of Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in enterprise metadata management, master data governance, Oracle EPM applications, and Oracle Fusion integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Oracle EDMCS solutions.
• Define enterprise metadata management strategies and data governance frameworks.
• Design scalable hierarchy and master data management solutions across Oracle Cloud applications.
• Conduct business workshops and gather master data and metadata requirements.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and translate business requirements into functional and technical designs.
• Establish governance processes for Chart of Accounts, Cost Centers, Departments, Legal Entities, Product Hierarchies, Business Units, and Organizational Structures.
• Configure and administer EDMCS components, including:
  • Node Types
  • Node Sets
  • Viewpoints
  • Hierarchies
  • Property Definitions
  • Request Workflows
  • Validation Rules
  • Subscriptions
• Define metadata approval workflows, change controls, security, and access management.
• Lead EDMCS integrations with FCCS, EPBCS/PBCS, ARCS, PCMCS, Oracle ERP Cloud, SCM Cloud, and HCM Cloud.
• Define metadata synchronization and distribution strategies.
• Lead the EDMCS workstream throughout the project lifecycle, including scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
• Lead SIT, UAT, deployment, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business and IT stakeholders.
• Conduct executive presentations, solution walkthroughs, and decision-making sessions.
• Lead onsite and offshore EDMCS teams and mentor consultants.
• Provide knowledge transfer and user training.
