This role is focused on consolidating facility-related data from multiple systems, aligning site codes and definitions, and working closely with system owners to establish a trusted ‘single source of truth’. The mastered data set will form the foundation for downstream reporting and analytics within Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consolidate facility data from multiple source systems into a standardized structure.
  • Define and document data attributes, definitions, and ownership for each facility field.

Data Mapping & System Alignment

  • Develop and maintain mapping tables to link facilities across different systems using agreed site codes.
  • Identify and resolve inconsistencies, duplications, and gaps in facility-related master data.
  • Support alignment decisions by clearly documenting assumptions and logic used in mappings.

Stakeholder Engagement & Data Governance

  • Work directly with system owners and business stakeholders to review and agree on existing facility site codes.
  • Facilitate discussions to confirm which data attributes represent the official Client master data standard.
  • Support governance by documenting decisions and change impacts to the master data set.

Analytics & Power BI Enablement

  • Use the finalized facility master data to enable consistent datasets within Power BI.
  • Support the creation of Power BI data models and simple reports using standardized facility attributes.
  • Assist with data validation and reconciliation between source systems and Power BI outputs.

Data Quality & Documentation

  • Perform data quality checks to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of facility master data.
  • Maintain clear and structured documentation of data models, mappings, and governance decisions.

Required Qualifications
