Summary
Title: Controls Tech III / BMS Controls Technician
Location: Umatilla, OR & Atlanta, GA
Duration: 12+ Months
Key Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with BMS/EPMS installation, service, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Niagara BMS experience preferred for Atlanta; Wonderware Ignition/AVEDA PLC experience preferred for Umatilla.
- Strong knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, RS-232/RS-485, networking, point-to-point checkout, and system integration.
- Experience with control panels, controllers, sensors, low-voltage wiring, schematics, calibration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and field-service skills with willingness to travel up to 90%; Atlanta installation requires working onsite for a minimum of one year.
