Position Details: Role: Senior Internal Business Analyst
Location: 100% Remote (within Wisconsin)
Requirement: Must be a current Wisconsin resident with prior experience working with Wisconsin-based clients
Onsite Requirement: Day 1 onsite and once annually in Madison, WI
Key Skills Required:
3 5 years of experience in capacity planning, workforce planning or service operations analytics
Experience with forecasting or capacity planning in customer service or contact center environments
Experience analyzing operational data from call center systems, scheduling platforms, and case management tools
Ability to build data-driven staffing models and resource optimization strategies
Strong analytical and communication skills to translate complex data into actionable operational insights
Preferred Experience:
Experience building or refining forecasting models using historical data and demand assumptions
Experience supporting process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
Develop capacity planning models and forecasting strategies to align staffing with service demand
Analyze operational data to improve service delivery and workforce optimization
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to support customer experience improvements
Identify process and technology enhancements to improve operational efficiency
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for staffing and operational planning
