Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design and execute functional, integration, regression, and system-level testing for application enhancements, maintenance updates, and integrated technology solutions.
- Develop test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on business requirements, functional specifications, and system changes.
- Identify, document, analyze, and triage defects and collaborate with development and functional teams to support timely resolution and validation of fixes.
- Participate throughout the SDLC by coordinating with cross-functional teams, supporting test execution and release readiness, and contributing to overall quality improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
Experience in software quality assurance and testing, including functional testing, integration testing, test planning, defect management, and enterprise application validation.
