Role             : Lead Agile Coach – AI PDLC

Key Requirements (The "Must-Haves")

1. Agile Mastery: 7+ years as a Lead/Senior Agile Coach (Team, ART, Portfolio levels). Deep expertise in SAFe (5.0/6.0), Scrum, Kanban, and Scaling frameworks.
2. AI PDLC Hands-on: This is not just an advisory role. They must have built AI governance frameworks, AI playbooks, and AI operating models in real-world projects.
3. AI Agent Engineering: Experience working with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Crew AI) and platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Cloud Platform Vertex AI).
4. Executive Presence: Must be able to present AI strategy, risk postures, and governance frameworks directly to C-level stakeholders.
5. Technical Depth: 10+ years total in Tech; experience with Jira, Big Picture, and Azure DevOps for tracking flow metrics.

What They Will Actually Do (Core Deliverables)

• AI Governance: Designing and deploying AI guardrails, model risk registers, and human-in-the-loop (HITL) workflows.
• AI Agent Integration: Coaching teams to use AI agents for everything: Product discovery, story decomposition, PI planning, and flow metric tracking.
• Change Management: Building "AI Centres of Excellence" and training teams to shift from manual workflows to AI-assisted delivery.
