Summary

Overview:
The Sr File Transmission Analyst is an experienced individual contributor responsible for the reliable, secure operation of enterprise file transmission and Managed File Transfer (MFT) services. This role focuses on production support, incident resolution, partner onboarding, and continuous operational improvement within an enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the stability and day-to-day operation of enterprise file transmission and MFT platforms
  • Troubleshoot and resolve moderate to complex file transmission incidents and failures
  • Monitor, validate, and recover inbound and outbound file transfers to internal systems and external partners
  • Support onboarding of new file transmission partners, interfaces, and data flows
  • Perform root cause analysis and contribute to corrective actions and service improvements
  • Implement approved production changes following established change management processes
  • Maintain and enhance runbooks, operational documentation, and standard operating procedures
  • Apply vendor software fixes, patches, and upgrades in alignment with enterprise standards for stability, security, and compliance
  • Complete compliance actions and audit findings within required timelines
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to validate service recoverability and partner connectivity against defined RPO/RTO objectives
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reliability, and automation
  • Partner with application, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure secure and compliant data exchange
  • Participate in on-call and after-hours support rotations as required

Required Skills:
  • Experience with enterprise file transmission and MFT solutions
  • Hands-on expertise with tools such as:
    • IBM Sterling
    • MOVEit
    • Connect:Direct

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in production support environments
  • Experience working within IT infrastructure or operations teams
  • Familiarity with compliance, audit, and change management processes
  • Ability to work independently while escalating critical issues appropriately

Experience Level:
Mid-Level to Sr. (Enterprise production support experience preferred)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Philadelphia, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
