Summary

{"description": " Please note: This role is contingent upon contract award. While not an immediate opening, we are actively interviewing and may extend offers in anticipation of the award, with start dates dependent upon contract finalization.

Senior Graphic Designer

You start with the idea. You can look at a brief and quickly see the best angle, the way in to tell the story and have it hold up across channels.

You partner closely with writers and strategists from the start, building and refining the work together. You push the thinking and help turn strategy and audience insights into compelling concepts worth making.

You're an art director, and you're in the thick of the work. You love the craft, but you know it's in service of the idea. You design, build, and refine, bringing ideas to life across campaigns, digital experiences, and content.

We work on complex challenges where the stakes are real. The expectations are high. The opportunity to create meaningful work is real.

  • Develop and extend visual identities, brand guidelines, and design systems

  • Create thoughtful layouts with strong typography, hierarchy, and composition

  • Build cohesive brand worlds that integrate type, image, motion, and illustration

  • Partner with art directors, copywriters, strategists, and production teams to bring ideas to life

  • Contribute to concept development and help push creative work forward

  • Work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

You'll need:

  • 7+ years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably within an agency or studio environment

  • A bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)

Additional Professional Attributes:

  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong design fundamentals and a clear point of view across multiple formats

  • Deep understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy

  • Experience building or contributing to brand systems and multi-channel campaigns

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, with fluency in new tools and platforms (e.g., Figma and beyond)

  • Proficiency with new technologies, including generative AI

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to give and take creative direction with confidence and collaborate effectively across teams

What we offer:

  • Flexible working arrangements, including remote and hybrid options

  • Competitive benefits, including healthcare and retirement plans

  • Ongoing training and development opportunities

  • A collaborative environment with opportunities to connect across teams
