Skills 

CyberArk greenfield implementation from the scratch including all major components of CyberArk such as Primary Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, DR Vault, OPM, Installation, Implementation, User Policies, User and Account management, Integrations and monitoring.

Installing and configuring CyberArk in the development, testing and production environments and deployment and troubleshooting of CyberArk PAS products including Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM and PSMP.

Experience with CyberArk Discovery & Audit.

Managing & support all flavours of CyberArk installation including day to day security operations task, CPM and PSM issues.

CyberArk integration such as LDAP, Okta, PKI, SMTP and radius.

Day to day operational activities automation through Auto IT.

Analyzing PAM system logs and application, network and other logs as part of troubleshooting.

Troubleshooting and resolving issues to maintain the health of the PAM servers to ensure consistent availability of system to end user.

Act as an escalation point for CyberArk issues reported by users and co-ordinate with vendor as needed for troubleshooting and issue resolution.

CyberArk design deploy & support high-performance, high-availability PAM environment with any number of users.
