Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for Zelle payment solutions.
Analyze, document, and validate business requirements related to Zelle Payments, FEDACH, and RTP routes.
Support operational workflows and troubleshoot issues within Zelle payment processing systems.
Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
Assist in system upgrades, testing, and production support for Zelle payment systems.
Provide subject matter expertise on Zelle payment rules and compliance standards.

Job Description
