Strong experience in Apache Kafka administration
Knowledge of Kafka architecture, Zookeeper, and cluster management
Experience with Linux/Unix systems
Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Confluent Control Center, etc.)
Understanding of security, authentication, and authorization in Kafka
Experience with cloud or on-prem environments
Good scripting skills (Shell, Python preferred)

Nice to Have:

Experience with Confluent Kafka
Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
