ERP Delivery Manager Healthcare Remote
We are seeking an experienced ERP Delivery Manager with strong Infor/Lawson ERP expertise and Healthcare domain experience. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end ERP implementations, manage cross-functional teams, oversee budgets and timelines, and ensure successful delivery across large-scale ERP programs
Key Requirements
- Strong Infor/Lawson ERP experience (mandatory)
- Experience in the Healthcare domain (mandatory)
- 7 10+ years of ERP delivery / program / project management experience
- Solid understanding of ERP modules: Finance, HR, Supply Chain
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ERP delivery from design to go-live and post-production support
- Manage scope, budget, timelines, and change control
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
- Lead cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and clients
- Provide regular status, KPI, and budget reporting to leadership
Skills
- Project methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall
- Strong stakeholder, vendor, and team management skills
