Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive endpoint strategies aligned with service-oriented architecture principles to optimize security, performance, and user experience.
• Design and deploy scalable endpoint solutions integrating with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, ensuring system hardening and vulnerability management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, system engineers, and developers to gather requirements and translate them into effective system designs.
• Manage configuration and deployment of endpoint software using version control systems, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and scripting languages like Bash or PowerShell.
• Conduct system troubleshooting support for endpoint issues related to operating systems (Windows, Linux), network configurations (VPN, DNS, DHCP), firewalls, load balancing, and system administration tasks.
• Perform regular security assessments including vulnerability scans, threat intelligence analysis, and system hardening to safeguard enterprise assets against cyber threats.
• Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, updates, and procedures while supporting enterprise solutions implementation involving database systems such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cassandra.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in systems engineering with a focus on endpoint management within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components including operating systems (Windows, Linux), computer networking (VPNs, DNS, DHCP), virtualization (VMware ESXi), and cloud services (AWS, Azure).
• Hands-on experience with software development practices including application development in languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript, or Java; scripting; version control; and SDLC methodologies like Agile or DevOps.
• Familiarity with enterprise security protocols such as firewall management, system hardening techniques, vulnerability assessment tools, threat intelligence analysis, and cloud security best practices.
• Expertise in integrating diverse systems through APIs (RESTful API), web services (SOAP), microservices architecture, and system design principles for enterprise solutions implementation.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues involving load balancing, system architecture design, virtualization platforms like VMware or Hyper-V, container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams and translate technical requirements into actionable solutions.
