This position requires strong solution-oriented and creative problem-solving skills to design solutions for business and risk challenges. The role involves leveraging new and existing technology, including artificial intelligence applications. The analyst will collaborate with business partners to define problem scopes, partner with technology teams on design, and implement effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively partner with stakeholders in Global Technology, Compliance, and Audit.
- Assist in the design, review, and decision processes for External Cloud Sponsorship Requests and their corresponding exceptions or conditions.
- Facilitate office hours and governance meetings, and produce agendas, reports, and minutes.
- Maintain official records and documents to ensure preparedness for audits and examinations.
- Provide end-user support and manage relationships for External Cloud Sponsorship Requests.
- Enable the organization's cloud strategy while maintaining compliance with policies, controls, and regulations.
- Consolidate information into executive-ready and audit-ready presentations.
- Present and communicate information to executive audiences, technical teams, and auditors.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Proven ability to lead and persuade others. Experience in a highly regulated and audited risk environment is necessary.
Technical Skills: Understanding of Cloud architectures and models (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS). Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Familiarity with Project Management principles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Global Technology risk-related policies and practices.
- Familiarity with the Cloud Security Review Process and Permit to Send.
- Knowledge of NIST and other cloud-related frameworks and regulations.
Work Environment
This is a contract position based in Chandler, AZ, requiring a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week on-site. The role operates on a standard 8-hour workday.
