Job DetailsRequired Qualifications:
- 10+ years in B2B marketing, 3+ in senior leadership
- Track record building marketing at high-growth companies (PE-backed or Series B-D)
- Deep fluency in ABM, enterprise pipeline, and demand gen tied to revenue
- Strong communicator and writer, distills complex value props into compelling narrative
- Strong expertise in Salesforce
- Builder mindset comfortable owning a function with no large team to inherit
- Must be open to working fully in-office in Austin!
Bonus
- Experience in data center, construction, or infrastructure services
- Familiarity with the mission-critical or data center ecosystem
- Military background or experience with veteran organization
- Prior experience in both employer and client-side marketing
- International marketing experience (EMEA a plus)
