Description
We are looking for an experienced ERP Integration Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead change strategies and ensure seamless integration of ERP systems while supporting organizational goals. The ideal candidate will excel in managing complex projects and driving stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement project-level change strategies that align with organizational objectives and vision.
Conduct comprehensive stakeholder analysis to identify key individuals, assess their awareness, and create effective engagement strategies.
Evaluate change impacts by conducting current state assessments, identifying success factors, and addressing role-specific challenges.
Create and execute enterprise-wide change management plans to minimize resistance and foster positive behavior changes.
Utilize readiness assessment data to effectively engage stakeholders, from leadership to operational teams, in process and system transitions.
Build strong coalitions to influence and sustain stakeholder behavior.
Collaborate with the internal communications team to design and implement a unified communication plan, including messaging, audience targeting, channels, and schedules.
Deliver clear and concise multi-channel communications tailored to different organizational levels.
Identify and address potential sources of resistance, developing strategies and resources to mitigate challenges.
Track and measure the success of change initiatives to ensure alignment with project goals.
Requirements
Proven experience in ERP integration and change management within enterprise environments.
Proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) and Oracle NetSuite Technologies.
Familiarity with Epicor software and Business Requirement Document preparation.
Expertise in stakeholder engagement and creating detailed communication plans.
Strong analytical skills to assess impacts and develop actionable strategies.
Ability to deliver clear and concise communications across diverse audiences.
Experience with cloud technologies and database systems.
Skilled in using project management tools such as Atlassian Jira.
