Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Architect / Lead with deep hands-on experience designing and developing scalable, distributed systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise across Golang, Apache Kafka, Python, Kotlin, and Java, with the ability to architect complex solutions and lead technical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and develop highly scalable and resilient distributed systems.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across Golang, Kafka, Python, Kotlin, and Java.
• Design and implement high-throughput, event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.
• Solve complex business and technical challenges using strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Rapidly evaluate, learn, and adopt new technologies when required.
• Establish architecture patterns, coding standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex production and performance issues across distributed systems.
