SAP IS-U Solutions Architect – Director

Location: Remote (travel as required)

Role Overview

Lead end-to-end SAP IS-U and S/4HANA Utilities solution architecture for large-scale utilities transformations. Act as architectural authority across Build, Test, and Deploy, ensuring integrated, compliant, and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own integrated solution design across SAP IS-U (Billing, FICA, DM/AMI, CIS) and S/4HANA Utilities
• Lead CRPs, cutover strategy, data conversion, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment readiness
• Govern third-party integrations (AMI/MDM, SEW, GSX/TRC, PayGo, OMS, GIS)
• Provide solution oversight across OCM, technical, and data workstreams
• Partner with business and IT leaders; mentor senior architects and consultants

Required Experience

• 15+ years in SAP IS-U / Utilities implementations
• Strong expertise in S/4HANA Utilities, ECC, and CIS integrations
• Proven leadership in multi-vendor, enterprise-scale programs
• Excellent client-facing, governance, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

• SAP IS-U certification
